For breakfast we had meat & the stuff
we had always (still very delicious!). In school we first had Regis; Ms. Maya
(my mentor) spoke one minute about some news and then we had off until the next
lesson started. We had Social Science (where we didn`t do anything special –
just talk about the politics, and that`s not really my favourite subject…)
& then we had bushlord. There we had a very special task; in Switzerland we
would have the task “study the grammar & talk about”, by the bushlord we
had the task “find a snake”. Actually Adrian & Lukas saw a cobra before,
because they went on a bushlord. Also a short time before we went to the
bushlord they saw a snake – I wish I saw a snake, too. But otherwise I`m also
kind of happy that I didn`t saw one… Anyway, we started our bushlord, but
unfortunately we didn`t find a snake – however, we had to pay attention,
because if you lift a tree trunk and a snake would we underneath, she would
catch you (just if you lift the wrong way). Then Caleb and Adrian found a “Rock
Monita Lizard” – it was a very big lizard. Caleb catched it and tried, that the
lizard went bit him, but it didn`t. Our bushlord teacher also proscribes it.

We also found a poisonous spider. The different
between poisonous and venomous you can have a look on this pace:
We walked through the deep bush (this was
the first very deep bush we walked through). We were walking to the school,
when somebody screamed to the bushlord teacher and he ran back. I ran with
Ginny back, too. There we unfortunately saw a dead water bug – pregnant. First
the bushlord teacher want to safe the little water bug – but it was too late to
safe it…
For tea we had toasted, after break we had
double maths. There we played games about probability.
After lunch and the first lesson school in
the afternoon we had to go to Mrs. Gibbs classroom.
At 3 o`clock we went to the
busses & the same guy as us drove to “Jessica the Hippo” drove us to the “Balule
Game Reserve”. There Sharon Hausserman told us some rules. So we went into the
reserve, where the BIG 5 are. We saw some giraffes, some weird birds, two jackals, a lot of
impalas, duikers, two elephants, a pregnant zebra & his family, two kudus
& a big breath from the countryside. On the way we saw a church – in the
middle of nowhere.

Then we stopped and ate cupcakes, chips,
sausages, chees, drank juices, coca cola, water…This was awesome! We had a look
on the sunset – in 30sec the whole sun was gone. On this stone, where we were,
could be some leopards, rhinos, giraffes, elephants, lions and so on. I can`t
say anything more than: AWEZOME.

At about 6 o`clock p.m. we drove further.
It was a bit cold. We saw again some elephants – the guy in the front from the
car had to take a torch, because otherwise he wouldn`t see any animals. We
enjoyed our few and spoke until we weren`t any more aloud to, because in this
area where we were should be some hyenas. But
after ten minutes Sharon sad that we are allowed to speak again – we didn`t saw a hyena. But then... There - a hyena! I took my camera and tried to catch it (on the picture).
We saw some bushbaby`s and finally (unfortunately) we were back by Sharon`s
house again and went back to the SCS.

Can you see the hyena?? | |

By the SCS we got some food – very delicious
again!! In the evening I wrote blogs till ten o`clock. Then I was so tired and
went to bed.
