11. October 2014 - ride on elephants

At half past five we had breakfast. Then we walked to the busses. We drove to one of the biggest canyon in the world! There we took some pictures and tried to keep us warm, because it was very foggy & windy! The next stop was again by a canyon I think. Anyway, it was a touristic place. There Angela & I spoke with Laudrick, our driver. Then we drove further and stopped again by a gift shop and by a special restaurant to drink something.

By the Elephant-Whisperer they first told us something about elephants and then we were able to feed them. It was funny! Then we had to wait a bit and then we ride on elephants! I had the choice on which elephant I wanna ride, so I choose Sissifuss and ride with Angela on her. It was amazing!

We went into a restaurant for lunch – we ordered us some good food and ate it. We also ordered us some desert – delicious! We drove back to the SCS, a very long drive..!

When we were back, all the others were finish with the braai (supper). We ate a little bit of pup, chicken and salad and went then to the boarding house. In the evening I went with Angela & Jil to a special event because of these peoples from the 12^th Grade.
